Gypsy Run 2010

Here we go again! The dates for the 2010 Gypsy Run are Aug. 26, 27, 28 & 29. We are doing things a bit different this year. First off we are very proud to announce that The run will be presented by Kickstart Cycle Supply, Biltwell and Dice Magazine. What that means is we all will be pooling our resources to make this the best run yet. We will continue the tradition of the run being an event for folks who love to RIDE. We will be fixing what needs to be fixed, and further improving the good stuff. Just wait till you hear what we have in store for this year, it will be epic. I am not exaggerating. If you miss this year, you will most likely be hospitalized for severe depression. It is gonna be that good. Only nine months to go, get yer shit together! Stay tuned for the latest.

Going to the post office...

I have all the patch requests sorted out and I will be packing everything this weekend and dropping them in the mailbox. Don't worry Heather, I am taking extra special care of your award. I have hired a team of specialists in fine art transportation to handle it.

Wow!

I am finally at a loss for words. Before you ask it is NOT my foot! It is Scraper's buddy on the Scrambler, Chris. (crazy bastard...)

Patches

If anyone who did the run did not get a patch please email me with your details and I will get one to you. If you were NOT on the run and want one... ya can't have it. You will have to come out next year and earn one.

Where do we go from here?

I don't know where to start... There is just too many stories to tell, too many pictures to post, too many people to thank! I am going to post a series of stories over the next few days and put together a photo gallery of everyones favorite pictures. If anyone would like to send in some pictures to be included I will set up a Photo dump. Please email me and let me know. In all the crazy, i think I was able to take four pictures! (sucks!)
Despite the rain the run kicked ass. I THINK we ended up doing around five hundred miles, most of it wet. Sunday the weather broke and the route was incredible. I have to be honest and say I am burnt out. I am going to leave it here for now and collect my thoughts and some pictures and post a proper post.
Talk to ya soon, I'm gonna take a nap.
